D is for delirious. This is how Harry felt each time he saw him. Deliriously... happy? Sad? Envious? It was all those things at once toward him.
R is for righteous. He felt righteous when he'd thrown the first taunt, the first swing, the first curse at him.
A is for absolution. This is what Harry hoped he'd receive if his secret ever came out about him.
C is for covet. Quidditch jumper, broken quill, Slytherin scarf.
O is for obsession...
