I think of those days fondly. The days when people could look at me and think, He’s just a little boy with nothing wrong. Not so much now, though. For the both of us, even. My dark-haired angel and I, how we would sit by the stream and pick up smooth pebbles and chase after butterflies. I would sit on my blanket and tumble around with my toys while Blaise got his head stuck in immense flowers. Oh yes. Blaise loved—loves—has always loved the flowers. And I love him. I love so much…
