Draco’s sitting in the garden, tucked into a chair with a light blanket and a book. He turns a page idly, but he’s not really reading; it’s too nice in the shade, with cool tendrils of air reaching between the leaves.
He watches Harry instead, puttering with his brooms. It’s sad, to think that Harry can’t fly professionally anymore, though he will be able to build back up to reasonable levels of recreational flying. Draco still feels bad about the midnight flight a few days ago.
What’s strangest, though, is that Harry seems to have taken it all in stride.
